Francine Ward, JD is a Speaker, Consultant, and President/CEO of nCompliance,
Inc., a consulting firm providing you with straight talk about COPYRIGHTS,
TRADEMARKS, CONTRACTS, and more. In addition to easy to understand legal
seminars, she specializes in teambuilding and diversity training seminars
& retreats. Prior to consulting, Francine practiced law and is a 1989
graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. She
has authored several articles including, "Do You Copy? How to Protect
Your Valuable Intellectual Property, or Else..., Teamwork: A High Performance
Concept, and One for All.
Francine is a member of the New York State Bar, the American Bar Association,
the National Speakers Association, Rotary International's Marin Sunrise
Group, and is president of the Golden Chapter of the American Society
for Training Development [ASTD].
